Orange pecans

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• butter - 1 tsp
• pecan halves - 4 c
• grated orange zest - 1 tsp
• orange juice frozen concentrate, thawed - 1/2 c

How to make orange pecans:

Cook the first two ingredients until soft ball forms in cold water. Remove from heat and add remaining three ingredients. Stir until mixture sugars, pour onto buttered pan and separate each pecan.
