Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- orange juice - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion flakes - 1/4 c
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- rosemary - 2 Tbsp
- chicken breasts or thighs - 4 item
How to make orange chicken:
Coat chicken with onion flakes, paprika and rosemary. Put in a baking dish. Pour orange juice over the chicken. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.In the meantime, precook the carrots in water; uncover and add the carrots to the chicken. Bake for another minute, or until the chicken is done.
