Onion roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- olive oil or vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut into chunks - 1 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Place potatoes into a shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
