Ingredients/Components
- chopped walnuts - 1/3 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- minced chives - 1 Tbsp
- Blue cheese, crumbled - 8 oz
- soft butter or oleo - 1/4 c
- well drained chopped ripe olives 4 1/2 oz - 1/4 c
How to make olive-cheese ball:
Blend cheeses and oleo. Stir in olives and chives. Chill for easier shaping. Form in ball. Chill thoroughly. Before serving, sprinkle nuts over ball. Serve with crackers.A very popular stand-by...great flavor and just a little different.
