  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • raisins - 1 c
  • oatmeal - 2 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 3 item
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • pecans optional - 3/4 c

How to make oatmeal raisin cookies:

Combine eggs, raisins and vanilla. Let stand 1 hour. Cream together sugars and butter. Add flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Blend in egg/raisin mixture, oatmeal and nuts. Dough will be very stiff. Roll into small balls and flatten slightly. O
