Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
  • Egg Beaters - 1/4 c
  • rolled oats instant

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Combine flour, oats, baking powder, soda and salt. Heat applesauce, sugars, egg substitute and vanilla; add to dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets and bake in a 375° oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
