- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- boiling water
- nuts - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- self-rising flour
- cream - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- quick oatmeal - 1 c
How to make oatmeal cake:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. coconut1/2 c. nuts1/2 c. cream2 Tbsp. butter Pour boiling water over oatmeal and let set 30 minutes. Cream butter and sugars. Mix in with oatmeal. Mix well beaten eggs, salt, soda, flour, cinnamon and vanilla. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Mix topping ingredients; spread on cake.
