- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 3 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- drops yellow food coloring - 4 item
How to make noodles:
Combine eggs, water, salt and food coloring. Gradually add flour to egg mixture. Roll dough out thin and let dry 1 hour. Roll up dough like jelly roll and cut into thin strips. Drop noodles into boiling chicken broth. Cook about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Healthy, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
