  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
  • uncooked long grain rice - 1 c
  • dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • cut up chicken - 1 item

How to make no peek chicken:

Spread rice in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Cover with cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups. Place dry onion soup in a plastic food size bag. Add chicken pieces and shake. Place chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle on remaining onion soup, if any. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
