Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 6 to
- egg - 1 item
- warm water - 2 c
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- soft shortening or oil - 1/4 c
How to make no knead bread:
Mix in order given. Handle gently; do not knead. Let rise once until double. Make into rolls or loaf. Let rise. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.It can be refrigerated until ready to use. It will keep 5 days in the refrigerator.
