Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
- ground beef - 2 lb
- sausage - 1 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies - 1 item
- pack taco seasoning - 1 item
How to make nacho dip:
Cook ground beef and sausage. Drain. Slice Velveeta and melt in microwave. Mix taco mix and Ro-Tel tomatoes with melted cheese. Add meat to cheese mixture.(Note: Cheese, taco mix and Ro-Tel tomatoes can also be melted in crock-pot on low heat. Stir frequently, then add your cooked/drained beef and sausage. Great for taking to parties!)
