Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- soft bread crumbs - 3 c
- dry white wine - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mushrooms
How to make mushroom casserole:
Butter a casserole and make 3 layers, 1/3 mushrooms, 1/3 bread, 1/3 butter and salt and pepper. Pour wine over all after the last layer. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Low Carb.
