Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 4 item
- coconut - 1 item
- nuts - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
- can Mountain Dew - 1 oz
- instant lemon pudding - 1 pkg
- Topping:1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
How to make mountain dew cake:
Topping:1 large can crushed pineapple, drained1 1/2 c. sugar1 stick margarine3 Tbsp. cornstarch coconut nuts4 egg yolks Mix cake ingredients and bake in 4 layers or one 9 x 13-inch sheet pan for 30 minutes at 350°.Topping: Cook pineapple, sugar, margarine and cornstarch until thick. Cool and add coconut and nuts. Spread on top and between layers.
