Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- Accent - 1 tsp
- mostaccioli pasta - 8 oz
- cucumber, quartered and sliced - 1 item
- tomatoes, sliced in wedges - 3 item
- medium sweet onions, diced thin - 2 item
How to make mostaccioli salad:
Cook the pasta in salted water; do not undercook. Drain and generously coat with cooking oil. Mix all remaining ingredients together; add to pasta (best if marinated at least overnight).Recipe categories: Salads, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
