Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
• dark corn syrup - 1 c
• unbaked pie shell - 1 item
• mashed pinto beans, unseasoned - 1 c

How to make mock pecan pie:

Mix all ingredients together. Let set 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375°. Bake until crust browns. Turn oven to 300° and continue cooking until knife inserted in filling comes out clean.
