Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cans mixed vegetables Veg-All, drained - 2 item
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Mix the first 6 ingredients; place in a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish. Crumble 1 package of Waverly or Ritz crackers. Add enough melted butter to moisten cracker crumbs. Spread crumbs on top of vegetables; bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
