- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- pinch salt - 1 item
- Filling:1 egg
How to make miniature pecan pies:
Filling:1 egg3/4 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. oleo3/4 c. chopped pecans1 pinch salt1 tsp. vanilla Shells: Combine all ingredients and mix well with a fork. Roll into a ball. Chill 1 hour. Dough is easier to work with when chilled. Divide into 24 (Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
