Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- miniature marshmallows and/or chopped nuts - 1/2 c
How to make microwave fudge:
Grease a 9 x 9-inch pan. Soften margarine in microwave in large microwave bowl. Combine all ingredients with margarine. Cook in microwave on High for 2 minutes; stir. Turn out into pan. Refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into 1-inch pieces.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
