Microwave caramel popcorn
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- popped corn - 4 qt
- white corn syrup - 1/4 c
How to make microwave caramel popcorn:
Combine sugar, margarine, syrup and salt in a 2-quart baking dish. Bring to a boil. Cook on High for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir in soda. Put popped corn in brown grocery bag and pour mixture over corn. Close bag and shake. Cook in baRecipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Sweet.
