Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
How to make mexican wedding cake:
Cream butter well. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar; cream until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pinch off small pieces of dough.Preheat oven to 350°. Put dough pieces on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. While hot, roll in confectioners sugar. Cool on rack. Makes 5 dozen.
