- cinnamon
- milk - 6 c
- plain, sweetened chocolate - 6 oz
How to make mexican hot chocolate:
Combine chocolate, milk and cinnamon in a saucepan. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat. Using an egg beater, beat until foamy. Serve hot in large mugs. Makes 6 cups.Recipe categories: Chocolate, Drinks, North american.
