Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Accent - 1 tsp
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cans whole kernel corn remove water - 2 oz
- slices butts meat or slab bacon - 3 item
How to make mexican corn:
Fry butts in large skillet; remove. Place in saucer. Add onion and green pepper and saute a few minutes. Add corn and butts to mixture in skillet. Sprinkle Accent and sugar over skillet; stir. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
