Mexican chicken
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- salsa - 1 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breast - 4 Tbsp
- can cream of broccoli soup - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken:
Heat margarine in skillet. Cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned. Remove.Combine (in skillet) soup and milk. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Cover, cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve salsa over chicken with rice.
