Mexican chicken
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1/2 item
- boneless chicken breasts - 6 item
- Monterey Jack cheese
- can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies - 1 item
- tostada chips
- garlic, diced to taste - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken:
Boil chicken. Dice and set aside. Saute onion and garlic; set aside. Mix soups and Ro-Tel together. Add onion, garlic and chicken. Mix well. Line 9 1/2 x 11-inch pan with chips. Next, add chicken mixture. Then add a layer of cheeses. Continue layering, ending with cheeses. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
