Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- can black beans - 1 item
- can RoTel Tomatoes - 1 item
- mild cheddar cheese, grated small bag - 1 item
How to make mexican cheese dip:
Spread cream cheese into bottom of 9-inch round cake pan. Rinse black beans well, and drain. Spread beans over cream cheese. Drain RoTel, layer onto beans. Cover well with grated cheese.
