Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- corn tortillas - 1 item
- cans Ranch Style beans - 2 item
- to 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- taco seasoning mixes - 2 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Cook ground beef. Mix seasoning mix while cooking meat and then drain. On bottom of pan, spread ground beef, then layer overlapping tortillas. Pour 1 can Ranch beans and 1 can cream of chicken soup (dab it on the beans). Add Ro-Tel tomatoes; add cheese on top and repeat all ingredients again; cook at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
