Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 6 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/4 lb
- salt and pepper as desired - 1 item
- can Ranch Style beans - 1 oz
- uncooked ground meat - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese to cover - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Mix uncooked ground meat with the chili powder, salt and pepper. Place meat mixture in an oblong baking dish. Layer all the other ingredients in the order listed. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
