Ingredients/Components
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- 5 oz
- frozen corn, thawed - 1 c
- diced red onion - 1 c
- red bell pepper, seeded and diced - 1 item
- green bell pepper, seeded and diced - 1 item
- seeded and diced tomato - 1 c
- red wine vinegar salad dressing - 3/4 c
- can Ortega diced green chiles - 1 oz
How to make mexicali salad:
Combine black beans, garbanzo beans, corn, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, tomato, dressing, chiles and honey in medium glass or ceramic bowl; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Salad dressings, Lettuces.
