Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • catsup - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped onions - 1/4 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • slices bread - 4 item
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • green pepper - 4 Tbsp

How to make meat loaf:

Mix first 10 ingredients together and form into loaf. Top with 3/4 cup catsup, dry mustard and brown sugar.
