- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- tomato juice - 1/3 c
- eggs, beaten slightly - 2 item
How to make meat loaf:
Sauce For Topping:1/2 tsp. prepared mustard1/4 c. ketchup2 tsp. brown sugar Combine all ingredients for meat loaf and mix gently. Form a loaf and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. In a separate bowl combine topping ingredients. Mix well and spreaRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
