Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • mustard - 2 tsp
  • ground beef
  • bread crumbs - 3/4 c
  • tomato juice - 1/3 c
  • finely chopped onions - 1/4 c
  • tomato ketchup - 1/2 c

How to make meat loaf:

Mix all ingredients and put it in a loaf pan. Bake at 400° for 35 to 45 minutes or until center is done. Drain off the fat. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
