Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 6 tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • mustard - 2 tbsp
  • lean ground beef - 3 lb
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • white vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • cup water - 1 item
  • cup ketchup - 1 item
  • sliced toast, crumbled - 3 item
  • Combine beef, onion, toast, ketchup and egg

How to make meat loaf:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine beef, onion, toast, ketchup and egg. Form into a loaf and place in pan.Sauce:2 to 3 cups ketchup1 cup water2 tbsp. mustard2 tbsp. white vinegar6 tbsp. sugar Mix together and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350°
