Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- cracker or bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make meat balls:
Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, water, onion and green pepper. Form into balls. Roll in flour; brown in hot fat or olive oil.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
