Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- large egg - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 c
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- oil for frying - 1 item
How to make maryland crab cakes:
In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly. Shape into 6 cakes. Fry in hot oil (350°) until browned.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Crab.
