Ingredients/Components
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- thyme - 1 tsp
- sherry - 1/2 c
- pork loin roast or 6 to 8 pork chops - 1 (4
How to make marinated pork chops:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Place chops or roast in large clear plastic bag. Pour in marinade and close bag tightly. Marinate 2 to 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator. Remove roast, place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast, uncovered, at 325° for 3 hours. Baste with marinade. If using chops, bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or cook on charcoal grill 10 minutes each side.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pacific northwest.
