Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cooked carrots - 5 c
- small jar pimentos, chopped - 1 item
- can mushrooms, chopped - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced into rings - 1 item
- green pepper, sliced into rings - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Combine all ingredients except vegetables and mix well. Add to vegetables. Refrigerate. Will keep well for 2 weeks or more.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
