Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- stalks celery - 3 item
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 2 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- cauliflower
- head lettuce - 1 item
- bacon, fried and crumbled - 1/2 pkg
- medium Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- small Maui onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make make-ahead salad:
Prepare vegetables for salad. Layer them in bowl except eggs. Mix mayonnaise with sugar and spread over vegetables. Top with cheese. Refrigerate 8 to 24 hours. Toss before serving. Garnish with eggs.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Lettuces.
