- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cup cottage cheese - 1 item
- cup dairy sour cream - 1 item
- cup dry macaroni - 1 item
- cup Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 item
- cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 item
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni and drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, Velveeta cheese, Cheddar cheese and eggs in buttered 2 1/2 qt. casserole. Add cooked macaroni, fold in thoroughly. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
