Ingredients/Components
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- garlic, minced - 1 tsp
- elbow macaroni, cooked - 8 oz
- can low-fat cream of broccoli soup - 1 item
- can low-fat tomato soup - 1 item
How to make macaroni and beef:
Brown meat and onion; drain fat. Add garlic and soups. Mix well. Fold in cooked macaroni. Pour in 9 x 11-inch pan. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Elbow macaroni.
