- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- low-fat cottage cheese - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- low-fat milk - 1/4 c
- fresh basil - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- egg substitute - 1/4 c
- fettuccine - 1/2 lb
- clove garlic, pressed - 1 item
How to make low-fat fettuccine alfredo:
Bring water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and put back into a hot pan. In a food processor, process the cottage cheese until very smooth. Add Parmesan cheese, milk, egg substitute, garlic, pepper, nutmeg and salt.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make.
