Lobster pie

Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- Ritz cracker crumbs
- fresh lobster meat, cut up - 1 lb
How to make lobster pie:
Crumb Crust:2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs1/4 c. salad oil1/4 c. dry white wine1/8 tsp. pepper1 Tbsp. parsley flakes Melt butter in saucepan; add flour and blend into a paste. Whisk the remaining ingredients into a cream sauce, adding the lobster meat last. Place lobster filling into a 9 x 5-inch casserole dish and spread the crust over the top.
