  • vanilla - 1/4 tsp
  • eggs, separated - 3 item
  • lemon juice - 1/2 c
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
  • pie crust - 1 item

How to make lemon meringue pie:

Beat milk, lemon juice and egg yolks. Pour into pie crust.

Meringue: Beat egg whites until foamy. Add vanilla. Gradually add sugar while beating until stiff. Spread on pie. Bake at 350° until slightly brown.
