Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- pie crust - 1 item
How to make lemon meringue pie:
Beat milk, lemon juice and egg yolks. Pour into pie crust.Meringue: Beat egg whites until foamy. Add vanilla. Gradually add sugar while beating until stiff. Spread on pie. Bake at 350° until slightly brown.
