- sugar - 1/3 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- oil - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- yellow pudding cake mix
How to make lemon cream cheese bars:
Crust:1 pkg. yellow pudding cake mix1 egg1/2 c. oil Mix cake mix, egg and oil until crumbly and reserve 1 cup. Pat rest of mix in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, ungreased, and bake 5 minutes at 350°. Beat filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over baked layer. Put reserved crumbs on top evenly. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool; cut into bars.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, For large groups.
