- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- carton cottage cheese - 1 pt
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- lemon Jell-O no sugar - 1 (3
How to make lemon cheesecake:
Mix Jell-O, lemon juice and water in blender. Add cottage cheese and pour into bowl. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into crust shell and refrigerate.One third the calories of regular cheesecake.
