Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- chopped olives - 1/4 c
- tomato sauce - 2 c
- green onions - 1/2 c
- green peppers - 2 Tbsp
- cottage cheese or 1 can mushroom soup - 2 c
How to make lasagne:
Cook noodles according to package. Drain. Melt butter and brown meat. Stir in sauce and flour; simmer for 10 minutes. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, onions, green pepper, olives and soup. Grease a baking dish. Put 3/4 of noodles in dish. Spread on all cheese mixture; add rest of noodles. Top with ground beef mixture. You may add grated cheese to top.
