- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- cans tomato paste - 2 6
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- garlic bud or garlic salt - 1 item
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour
- grated Romano cheese or Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
How to make lasagne:
Brown meat slowly, spoon off fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.Cheese Sauce:3 c. Ricotta cheese or substitute 3 c. cottage cheese1/2 c. grated Romano cheese or Parmesan cheese2 Tbsp. parsley flakes2 eggs, beaten2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded Combine and mix in large bowl.In lightly greased large baking pan, layer 1/2 lb. box cooked lasagne noodles, 1/2 cheese sauce and 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat, ending with meat sauce. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
