  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 2 tsp
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • oregano - 2 tsp
  • basil - 3 tsp
  • can tomato paste - 1 oz
  • parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • lean ground beef - 2 lb
  • Roll into balls
  • dash garlic powder - 1 item
  • pinch garlic powder - 1 item
  • shakes onion salt - 2 item
  • garlic salt heaping - 3 Tbsp
  • wet bread crumbs - 2 c
  • 1/2 cans water tomato puree cans - 1 item

How to make italian meatballs:

Mix together all ingredients. Roll into balls. Brown on 3 sides. Put in gravy (sauce) to complete cooking.Italian Gravy:2 large (29 oz.) cans tomato puree1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste1 tsp. sugar3 Tbsp. garlic salt (heaping) dash garlic powder3 tsp. basil2 tsp. oregano salt and pepper to taste1 1/2 cans water (tomato puree cans)2 shakes onion salt In a large pot on low heat, cook 3 to 4 hours. Stir occasionally.
