Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 2 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 2 tsp
- basil - 3 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- parsley - 3 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- Roll into balls
- dash garlic powder - 1 item
- pinch garlic powder - 1 item
- shakes onion salt - 2 item
- garlic salt heaping - 3 Tbsp
- wet bread crumbs - 2 c
- 1/2 cans water tomato puree cans - 1 item
How to make italian meatballs:
Mix together all ingredients. Roll into balls. Brown on 3 sides. Put in gravy (sauce) to complete cooking.Italian Gravy:2 large (29 oz.) cans tomato puree1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste1 tsp. sugar3 Tbsp. garlic salt (heaping) dash garlic powder3 tsp. basil2 tsp. oregano salt and pepper to taste1 1/2 cans water (tomato puree cans)2 shakes onion salt In a large pot on low heat, cook 3 to 4 hours.
