- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- shortening - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- 8 oz - 1 pkg
- can coconut - 1 item
- Add eggs, flour and soda with buttermilk
How to make italian cream cake:
Cream butter, shortening and sugar together. Add eggs, flour and soda with buttermilk. Add vanilla, chopped nuts and coconut. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Frosting:1 box powdered sugar1 c. chopped nuts1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese Cream the cheese and sugar together.
