Individual meat loaves
Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- onion salt
- lean ground beef
- dried parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
- cup chopped onion - 1/2 item
- cup milk - 1/4 item
- dash pepper - 1 item
- cup soft bread cubes - 1 item
- sticks Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese - 6 item
- Cut cheese sticks in half and wrap each stick in meat mixture
How to make individual meat loaves:
Combine first seven ingredients; mix well. Cut cheese sticks in half and wrap each stick in meat mixture. Combine sauce ingredients and pour into large pan or electric skillet. Bring sauce to a slow boil and add meat loaves then bring sauce to a simmer. Let meat loaves simmer in the sauce for 30 minutes or until done.
