Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil
• sifted cake flour - 3 c
• beaten eggs - 3 item
• can crushed pineapple in juice - 18 oz
• sliced bananas - 2 c
• box powdered sugar sifted - 1 item
• whipped margarine - 1 c
• Blend all dry ingredients, then add the other ingredients

How to make hummingbird cake:

Mix by hand. Blend all dry ingredients, then add the other ingredients. Grease and flour 3 cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. When cool, frost.Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. whipped margarine1 box powdered sugar (sifted)1 c. chopped peca
